Last week, The Brenda Strafford Foundation officially kicked off the second cohort of SPARQ with a launch day at Wentworth Manor with the support of the CLIQ team. The event brought together residents, families, and frontline employees from across the Foundation to build connections, explore strategies for leading change, and begin shaping projects that will be implemented at BSF sites.
SPARQ, the Supportive Program for Advancing and Rethinking Quality, empowers participants to take an active role in initiatives that enhance the places where they live and work. By providing guidance, resources, and a collaborative platform, SPARQ encourages creative solutions that address real-world challenges across our service areas.
During Launch Day, participants learned about the SPARQ program, shared ideas, and explored approaches for bringing quality improvement projects to life. The program emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, while celebrating the unique perspectives of everyone involved on the teams.
As SPARQ continues, teams will share updates from each site, demonstrating how residents, family, and staff-driven initiatives are making a difference.
